dewpage is a small personal notebook. I write here when a walk, a photograph or a book leaves something behind that I want to keep.
The name comes from early mornings: the hour when the grass is still wet, the windows are fogged, and the day has not yet started asking for things. Most of what ends up here is written in that hour.
The photographs are mostly 35mm film — Portra when I can afford it, whatever is in the fridge when I cannot. They are not very technical. I like pictures that look the way a place felt rather than the way it looked.
How this place works
- No newsletter, no comments, no tracking.
- Posts appear when they are ready, which is not very often.
- If you would like to follow along anyway, there is an RSS feed.
